SHIPPING AND RETURNS
 

SHIPPING: All items shipped insured USPS Priority within the USA that comes from our office and your physical mailing address and telephone number is needed. Due to the nature of this product line, equipment and  books can not be shipped to a PO BOX.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are flat rate within the USA as follows: $8.00 for orders of $50.00 or under, $12.00 for orders of over $50.00 up to $99.99, $15.00 for orders of $100.00 or over and $20.00 for orders over $200.00. We offer UPS second day air and next day air for added charges. Orders outside the USA can only be shipped USPS Express and start at $65.00 USPS Express insured export charges. We can ship UPS and UPS Air as your request (Contact Us). We therefore, can not ship to a PO Box.

TIME SERVICE: We stock an ample supply of products found at this site. The overwhelming majority of products (except custom badges) are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving the order during business days. Naturally, time service for orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays would not start until the following business day. Globa TSCM Group, Inc. is generally known for quick order filling and turn around. The overwhelming majority of orders placed before noon ship the same day. Orders placed after noon may ship the following business day.

RETURNS: Most equipment comes with a 90 day warranty. Some restrictions apply. Some products have additional manufactuer's warranty. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at the place of purchasing. Due to the nature of the usage of these products, all sales are considered final and nonreturnable unless defective. We charge a 15% to 25% restocking fee depending on products if requested a refund for non-defective products. All returns require prior authorization and an authorization number.
